Old style connectors and din style fittings. No blue tooth option unless there is a touch screen type. Your options for radio are genuine mfd nav unit I also know of the square type rcd type radios that will fit. Only option for genuine blue tooth is touch screen unit. Search e bay.

I have noticed to square covered sections in the overhead consol, would that be the mics for the phone?
What model vw radio or sat nav will fit straight in
What model number came in 2006 models?
          Thanks

Yeah should be ok but the wiring harness is for the later mk5 units. you should ask retailer if adapters for your vehicle are available

What would have been the original unit fitted to a 2006 Highline
What options were available in 2006?
                      Thanks

The reason I am asking the above is I fitted. Kenwood double din stereo and cant read the screen
I was wondering if the standard ones are any better?
Has anyone got any pics of ones fitted to 2006 models?
                        Thanks

The pic was taken this morning in overcast weather, when driving I cant see a thing!!
