Recommend a headunit for Mk5 Golf

Looking to upgrade my headunit i have a golf tdi 2006 model was wondering what is the best headunit that is compatible for my car thanks heaps

You can upgrade to the latest RCD/RNS510 but you'll likely have to upgrade your gateway to ensure the later model head units switch off when you take your keys out. Otherwise you'll end up with a flat battery.

You can also check out the ANS and DNS series units in the two links in my sig. These units do not require an upgraded CAN-Bus but there are advantages and disadvantages compared to the OEM RNS - I'll leave it up to you to have a look since there is a huge volume of information in the threads.
