    use a line out converter
PAC SNI-35 (sni35) Variable LOC (Line Out Converter)

even easier, upgrade radio with an after market, only needs be $150 and you'll have direct ipod link
CURRENT: DBP Mk4 Golf .:R34 no. 187 (WOOKY)
Mods: C2 Motorsport Custom Tune | 268/264 schrick cams | Eurospecsport forged rods | JE forged pistons | Miltec Headers back | Higher compression | Engine fully ported | polished balanced crank | Sach Motorsport clutch | Single mass flywheel | Wavetrack LSD | Shortened 4th/5th/6th | etc etc |

Just had a quick look at that link

Are those converters easy to hookup to a mk4 stereo? What wires would you connect it to?

Looks like it has 6 wires... My guess - one for 12V, one for (-) and the other 4 would be speaker (+) and (-) LH & RH...
