help with blue tooth voice command and galaxy s4

hi i just got my 2013 vw golf tdi
i have a problem with the blue tooth..i synced it no problem with my galaxy s4..when i try to make call with the voice command it will not work... it says "name cannot be assigned please do it manually" has anyone have this problem and is it my galaxy s4 or the blue tooth on the car? thanks

More likely the Galaxy s4. They really don't seem to like bluetooth
