You have all been so amazingly helpful with my VW and in particular audio problems/questions I wanted to say a huge thanks!
I have a question about steering wheel controls for audio in my Polo 12.5
I recently got an RNS-510 installed and everything is working well with the exception of the steering wheel controls.
The volume up/down buttons are working fine but the left/right buttons (Change radio preset up/down or track up/down when in media mode) are not working with the RNS-510. They worked fine on the RCD-310 that came with the car.
Is this something that can be reprogrammed with the use of a VCDS? and if so, what are my chances of a car audio place being able to do it in Northern Tasmania?
