Radio Station presets - screens

With the radio station presets in the GTI (Mk6) and others, is it possible to scroll backwards through the screens?

The reason is that if you use the steering wheel controls to go to a station that is not on the screen, the presets don't automatically scroll so that you can see that preset. If you then go to that screen, you need to cycle forward through all screens to get back to the first.

Is there any way to get back to the first screen without cycling through all of them?

Not quite the answer you want but you can make it so the steering wheel controls go through your presets you've set. You got to settings on the head unit and one of the settings will be set to Station List, you gotta change it to Preset List
