Does the RNS510 need a security code to be keyed in if I take the unit out and put it back? If it does have a code, how do I find the code, please? If it doesn't need a code, does that mean I can take it out and put it back without any issues?

To pull it out and put it back to the same in you shouldn't need a code. SHOULDN'T. But if you do, see step 2 below.
If yours came from the factory with RNS510, then you need to ask your dealer...
