  • Bang for Buck front speaker replacement Mk5 Gti

    Hi all,

Im looking at gettting some improved beats out of my GTI.
(I dont have the touch screen RNS510 either, its the NON Touch screen GPS one)

What would be the best bang for the buck with a simple speaker replacment. No amp wiring business.

    Cheers,
    Mark.

Remove your Factory OEM mk5 radio and install a MK6 radio. will already make a huge improvement.
Otherwise you can opt to go aftermarket radio. It will be a step above again.

In all honesty, If you are not going to run a amp and wiring etc. It's almost no point installing aftermarket speakers at all.
Especially if you are still running an RCD300/500 as your source unit.
