Problems with Nokia Phone and RCD310

Hi Guys,
I am having problems with getting nokia phones to function correctly with my radio/Bluetooth. I have no problem getting the phone to pair. The issue is when I make a call. when I make or receive a call the other person can hear me but I cant hear them. This is happening with 2 different models of Nokia , IPhone and Blackberry work fine.

Any Ideas?
