You don't need a dealer to upgrade the firmware or maps. Its an easy job. At worst find a member in Perth to help you out.Leave a comment:

Hi
Trying to determine my firmware & map revision for my RNS510 (C). Tried
holding the setup button down, but doesn't go further than the radio menu. Is there
another trick to get this info. Also who is the most capable dealer in Perth for upgrading
firmware, maps etc.
