RNS 510 9w7 Bluetooth install microphone fault

Can someone help me out with this? I bought the 9w7 bluetooth unit from ebay and have installed and configured it. Everything works fine. I paired it to my blackberry, I can dial out using the RNS 510 and the MFD. I have transferred the contacts to the telephone book and the microphone works fine. However the VAG COM returns this fault below. Any advise is much appreciated.

Looks like you haven't coded the bluetooth correctly. Did you input the 41,21 and 20 for the coding?
