Hi all,
I've just received a VW RCD510 and fitted it to my Octavia as an experiment. It all works perfectly, steering wheel controls and all, with out having to play around in VCDS.
I'm wondering though, if anyone has any experience with doing similar things, and whether or not I'll face some battery drain problems? I will measure the current draw when the CAN bus is asleep shortly, but just thought I might ask if anyone has any prior experience.
