ok so my T5.2 transporter came with the premium bluetooth kit and rcd 310. i cannot for the life of me get the bluetooth to sync with my iphone in any way (phone or audio stream) i took it to my local dealer and one of the sales guys who has synced the exact same system and demo'ed it to me on another vehicle on the lot, then tried to do the same in mine with no luck.
it can see my phone, but i cant see the vw system on my phone. he tried his phone (iphone 4) same problem. it tried to sync the vw to the phone and says mobile phone not compatible...however it worked in the car parked on the lot.
anyone know of a work around or trick to fix this?
they said i can bring it in and have one of the techs look at it, but if it's something simple i'd rather not waste the day dropping the van there and fix it in house (thanks VWW)
