Sensis Reply to V4 Map Question

Not looking good for any insight from Sensis.

I got a reply from their WorkLoad Coordinator - asking me the model and year of my car, and if any CD... I quote; "Please provide details of the following so we may assist you further
with your enquiry below.

Vehicle Year & Model:
Confirm if your unit CD disc:

Should you require further assistance or have further enquiries, please
do not hesitate to contact us on: 1800 819 471."

This is after I detailed my VW and the RNS 510 etc...

What do you make of the CD question?

As I said mate... I'm thinking that the Sensis VW versions they're listing are for the old generation of VW Sat Navs, not the RNS 510. So they might not be able to tell you what version they are.

Sensis probably provide a certain map revision to VW and they probably add in what they want and release it now.
