where can I find out the code for the factory radio in my '01 Passat?
Car was at panel shop with the battery disconnected.
Previous owner didn't record it in the owners manual, which is where I first thought to look.

Previous owner didn't record it in the owners manual, which is where I first thought to look.

The only way to get the radio code is go to a dealer with your vin number, they also might need the serial number off the radio,
