  • few Q's

on the back of my dvd deck. it has aux/audio out and in.. can i hook up rca's to it and run a amp?? or is it for something else? instructions dont say.

the deck has a subwoofer output.. but only 1rca, not a pair.. how does that work? use splitters and make it a pair?

another question.. how good are the white explod dual voice coil subs?? they r rate 400rms at 2ohm. they r supposed to be the top of the line. just wanted to know if any1 knew if they were good or not, coz they r on special.
    was thinking buying 2.

oh 1 more question.. any1 used the bunnings sound deadening? called flashtac or sumthing.. wanna use it for the bootlid.

how much you looking at spending on subs? xplod stuff is shiet. dual voice coil simply means you have more options with wiring it. what amp have you got?

for the price flashtac is good. i think its pretty thin, so try and get a couple layers on if you can. make sure you prep the surface its going to stick on. get a wax and grease remover and clean it heaps, otherwise it wont stick well enough, and will fall off before too long. if you wana spend a bit more (well worth it imo) get some dynamat.

I would say you could so long as they are a volume controlled output, otherwise you wont ahve a way of controlling the volume
