Canbus Help

Hi all,

I have had a F900BT installed in my 07 polo GTI for about 8 months now.
About 2 months ago it started to play up, it wouldnt turn on sometimes, and other times it would stay on when the car is off

I am using a Connects2 CAN-01 Universal CAN-Bus interface
Took it to the shop and they said that the canbus interface is playing up, it just has a red blinking light, keeps blinking when key is out too

Can anyone help me, cant find instructions
What does the red light mean?
Do these need to be re programmed if they are disconnected

you have the same unit as me, Check your can input + and - leads, and yes once disconnect you have to resync it with the car, how long does it flash red?

Thanks I had it to the place that installed it and they told me the canbus module was faulty
