  • Front and Back Parking Sensor (OPS) for Mk5 R32

Was thinking of getting a set of 8 sensors (front and back) for the RNS510 and fitting it to the R32. With the Bi-xenon's headlight washer in place, there doesn't seem to be much room underneath it to mount the front sensors.

Just wondering if anyone's done a project like this and if there is enough space underneath the washer system to mount the front parking sensors.

I know a guy in the UK doing this project at the moment, and yes space won't be an issue. Once more is known I'll be putting all the details up on my website, I wouldn't contemplate it until someone actually get's it working as there is a lot of money to be spent on parts that don't work with each other $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. He's fitting his into an R32 as well, he's using the front grilles (where the foglights are on the GTI) to mount the front sensors.
