I've had the Skoda bluetooth for 1.5 years. I had the car in having some bodywork repairs done and since I got it back it won't connect with a phone. The unit comes up on the phone and when I select it a message 'bluetooth connection failed' comes up. It is a Nokia 6550 phone.
I've tried a couple of other phones and they will pair (even detect if the code entered is incorrect) but not connect.
I've tried disconnecting the battery to reset it. I took it to the dealer and they said the unit isn't responding, even after they reset it, it isn't showing any error codes and I should get a new one
If I press the voice control button it says 'please speak a command'.
I've checked and the bluetooth antenna is still plugged into the module under the drivers seat.
Does anyone know of a Skoda bluetooth expert in Sydney?
