agreed. I spent between $500-1000 on my sub, amp and cables, and id say i was only scraping the barrel when it came to quality and loudness (althought it did hit hard enough)Originally posted by Swallowtail View Post

if your not wanting to spend a lot and want something that hits hard, that cheap ebay combo might actually be alright, probably wont be the greatest sound quality, but if the seller isnt talking complete **** (he has 100% posotive feedback so cant be too bad) those things might be alright. cheap loud and quality is quite a hard combination though, you get what you pay for.
a quick read of a few reviews and it looks like the cadence sub could be pretty decent for the price as well.sigpicComment

yeah ill prob end up getting the cadence sub/amp , i was reading about the cheap ebay ones around on forums not one person has said anything good about em , everyones saying they will stop working after a few monthsComment
