  • Rear DVD player in headrests

Has anyone fitted rear DVD screens to there headrest??? I have a tiguan with a sunroof so this seems to the the only option. There are so many to buy on ebay but not too sure if they will fit and match the tan leather.

What size screens are they 7'inch? How is the size of the headrests as the original ones are quite small...

I have sent you a PM regarding the installers contact details.

Would be cheaper to get your kids an ipod touch or similar media screening device.
They can also use headphones then and will provide less of an accident hazard.

Try to avoid those cheap Ebay screens, they don't seem to last very long.
I'd suggest a good qual screen for that little bit more. Some higher end screens are optioned with Headset 3.5 jacks which, as Team_v suggested, can be less of a hazard.

How about grabbing 2 iPads and making a mount.

Im sure in next few months there will be heaps of car mounts for iPads.

Pros. Can remove from Car, Can add kids games to device so not stuck with just screens, Big screen, Each person can have own music

Cons. What ever you think of Apple and Price
