Aftermarket RNS510

I have a 07 Passat C6 wagon.

I have the VW basic player RCD300/500 with no bluetooth or GPS. Where can I purchase aftermarket RNS 510? I saw a few in ebay for around $800 from Europe or China. Are they any good?

Also, where can I have it installed in Melbourne and how much?

I saw a set in my VW specialist going for about $2k. I hope to spend less than $1k incl install if I can.
