Voice control in navigation screens

Hi,

I've just installed a genuine VW microphone in my Golf6 and updated the firmware to 2660. I've coded it with Vagcom and all is fine except for the Navigation commands. When I try to give a voice command for a new destination it says that the voice control is not supported.

Is this because I only have a microphone and no bluetooth? Would I have to install a bluetooth unit and use voice tags?

Every other command for radio, HDD etc is accepted.

The map database included in V2 of the nav disc does not support voice command for destination entry. In other words it's a limitation of the disc, not your (my) setup.

V3 will I believe change this, as I am pretty sure that voice destination entry is supported on the new version (not yet available though).
