I don't carry passengers and have a few TopGear DVDs in the car for those rare occasions you find yourself waiting for something. IF some addons are cheap enough and don't make the car messy then maybe I'll go for it but there's no necessity right now.

There are aftermarket options on eBay but too much work and mess for the result imo:
