    2 x 8" RE re8's for midbass
3 x US Amps (not us audio!) XT1600.2v3 to power speaker and midbass.
    1 x Alpine 9886i headunit.

    I started with the doors

    Tweeter ring

    Midwoofer ring

    Sink ring

Finished products, i Glued the sink ring ontop of the midwoofer ring, to give the effect that the midwoofer has literally sunk into the door.

First time round i made pods that screwed onto the door, they did not turn out how i wanted them so this time i decided to reshape the door

tiny bit of sanding for rounder edges and gluued in place.

Stretching the material over pissed me off so much!!!!
The staple gun was to weak to go through some parts of the plastic, so i had 100's of staples hanging out everywhere,
    ripping material... argh!!!

The foil and bits of wood you see in that pic ^ are there so when i use the resin it hardens with the material stretched in, so i can stil have that 'sunken' look i was after, foil is just there so the MDF circles dont get stuck in.

dont worry about the creases on the one on the right, they were taken care of.

    Thanks

    Jason

That install is going to be pretty trick- perhaps a little OTT, but what the hell.
Please keep posting pics. I've got a custom install (f'glass pods etc) that I've been planning for 2 yrs in my ski boat. This is inspiring me to get it done!

                        Good on ya!

This is on a whole nother level of what your thinkin about man. Its fairly difficult to put 28kw of electrical power in to a van.

Its great to see something serious is goin on. You cant say its not worth it when you get a whole row of shop windows shaking on 2 stories.

Cant wait to see how it turns out. What sort of numbers do you expect to achive?
