Tiguan 147 - your audio upgrades?

Hi everyone,

Will take delivery of my new Tiguan in Nov and will be wanting to upgrade the stock speakers, add an amp and sub.

Has anyone done this?

Who did your install?

Photo's? Suggestions?

Am thinking about $2K budget.

So no-one has done an audio upgrade on a Tiguan?

My biggest questions are about speaker size and placement, where you put amps and such.

Hey Mate,

I am not sure on the speaker sizes etc, but any car audio installer will be able to tell you if you ring them up.

As far as mounting amps goes, it depends on how creative you want to get, really the sky is the limit but remember for creativity you have to put x amount of work to get it to look like that. In a Tiguan perhaps up against the back seat or along the sides depending on your cargo or perhaps under the front seats depending on electronics and space there as well as amp size.
