    Problem with Eurovox CD Stacker

    I have an '01 Bora with a Eurovox CD stacker and I'm getting an E-01 error. According to the manual, such as it is, it says that the stacker isn't loaded. However, the magazine is in but I can't get it to eject. Can anyone give me some advise on how to either get the magazine to eject or clear the error code?

    I know this thread is extinct, but i have this problem too - i think. i have no idea how stackers work, eject does nothing. am i missing this thing called a cartridge?

      If you slide the door back you should see the cartridge. I have since found out that the only option is to send it into a company that manages repairs for Eurovox. I don't know how reliable they are since I haven't sent mine in yet, but the company details are:
