mk4 sound system

hey everyone.

i have a bit of a problem here. :S
i bought a golf mk4 a while ago and it had a sony sound system installed into it.
recently some of the speakers blew and i was wondering, i know how good the stock vw system is, is there any where i can buy or any way i can get a standard golf mk4 sound system?

I have 1 mk 4 front speaker if you're interested... (Mine only came with one oddly enough)... but I had to drill out the pop rivets holding it to the door.

You'd probably be able to get them from a dealer, or a wrecker... but you too would have to drill out the pop rivets holding it the door.

Would be worth waiting around a bit for some of the other members on here to see if they have anything still lying around. The mechanics on here like Jmac, Golf Loon, h100vw and maybe Bug_Racer or Guy_H (sorry if I left anyone else out) are a good chance of having something sitting around.

I will prob have what you're after in the near future. Will be upgrading all the speakers very shortly in my Bora to Rockford Fosgate gear. I also have the 6 stacker system if you needed that as well.
