  • what guage wire do i need?

    wel i'm going to be installing this ampprobably and was wondering do i need 4 guage wire or somehing thicker?

    the bigger the better i say!

    4 gauge should be ok but i'd be going 2ga or 0ga myself.

      Look at the size of the internal fuse on the amplifier, as that's a dead giveaway to the maximum current draw of the amplifier whatever the load. From what I found on Google, it has 2 x 30 amp fuses. From memory, 8 gauge is safe up to approx 85amps and 4 gauge up to 125amps. There's the info, make your own call!!
