Hi all,
I’ve recently purchased a 21 Passat Alltrack and having some funky infotainment issues. When using car play after 10 min or so, typically on a warm day (the screen does heat up) and the map or Spotify screen etc goes pink and begins to blur out.
The previous owner also had it looked at and garage said on report ‘could not replicate issues’ so it was not solved for. It is frequent and very annoying given maps and media use.
I also seem to have another start stop electrical issue. When I stop the car to finish a drive, it performs stop mode, but when I exit the vehicle 99/100 times it’s not happy I’m leaving vehicle and beeps at me key not found. The alternative is I hit the start button after stopping, but this just restarts the car. Minor compared with infotainment, but leaves me cursing the vehicle given its unreliable electronic quirks.
