VW Polo 2016 Unit Firmware Upgrade

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I have a VW Polo 2016, I'm pretty sure it is the Discover Media unit or Composition Media (not too sure) it looks like this:



I'm assuming this isn't the RNS510?

It has 2 SD card slots and a disc drive situated in the glove box. The first SD card slot has an SD card with the maps navigation data (which I have just upgraded to the latest version). The card also came with a maps DVD (Version 5).

The unit is running firmware 3658.

Is this upgradeable?
