MKIV Face plate woes :x:sad:

i got a headunit installed guys and all is good except the faceplate leaves some gaps.

now i was thinking is it possible to get one made? if so were?

really irritated as i want this install to be over

any advice would be great guys

What's the model of the headunit? A lot of them do come with faceplates, I remember back in the Hyungay days (yes, I had one of those POS's) I needed a faceplate and went to the local strathfield and grabbed one.

so i cant find em off the shelf, the one that comes with it is way to thin

sometime other manufacturers face plate surrounds clips on to other manufacturers radio's, go to the local car audio shop and sometimes they may have spare plate surrounds you can try and maybe buy for a few dollars.

can doubgle din surrounds vary alot or is it only a set number of different measurements?
