RCD510 + Canbus install on VW Golf 5 (2005)

Hey just wondering if anyone would know how to install a RCD510 headunit and a canbus gateway into a golf 5 2005 in the Brisbane/goldcoast areas.

Hey mate unfortunately in same boat as you - got a RCD510 at a garage sale; she said she’d call her dealer and get the code but didn’t. I have the VIN of the car it came out of and the RCD serial. I’ve called 5 dealers and got 5 different answers. Any dealers you guys know who will do it for free? For two such old cars (both 2011) and old stereo not sure why.
I’m on Brisbane Northside if anyone has a cable
