VIC - Looking for HEX+CAN to disable Touch Adapter on Polo 6R

I'm wondering if anyone who has disabled the horrid Touch Adapter on a Polo 6R. I have a MY14 Polo GTI and I need someone to help disable the Touch Adapter. A friend has tried but soon realised that MICRO CAN isn't going to get past the gateway.

If anyone is able to help, I'll be happy to chip in for the cost of the cable and/or bring some great craft beer. I don't mind driving a couple of hours.

I'm also looking at a gauge sweep mod , lane change and disabling of the touch adapter, can anyone help in Melbourne , happy to pay with beer,and distance is no issue I'm on the morning ton peninsula
