Fault code 01089

Can anybody shed some light onto why I have this code. Car seems to run fine although still a little rough below 1600 rpm especially when cold but I have learnt to live with it.

Cheers, just wanted to see if anybody else has had this fault and what their fix was.

Generally the purge valve is faulty, but had several charcoal canisters leaky also

Could this purge valve fault be causing this coughing and spluttering at low rpm's? The car idles fine it's just when you hold the revs at about 1400 rpm's it just splutters and coughs a little but is really bad when the car is cold, there is no power until the turbo spools up.
