Does this work on the latest Polo? I'm in Perth and trying to find someone with a cable to help recode my Polo GTI so that I can remove the bluetooth touch adaptor and install an iphone charger stand.

Re-code to replace Touch Adaptor

Just bought a Micro CAN adapter for VCDS and am happy to scan any compatible cars (MkV+) in Melbourne.

Since hardly anyone in Perth has any VCDS, I might have to fork out some cash to get one of these. Not sure whether i should get the HEX-USB can or just a micro-can.

After looking at the Ross-Tech site it looks like you need the HEX+CAN cable. Which to be fair is a better cable in a lot of respects. There's nothing it won't work on.

I thought the Polo needed the HexCan. It would be worth checking the Ross Tech site though. The HexCan will work on most of the VAG cars including the Bugatti if you have one. The MicroCan is limited on the cars it can work on. I had to sell my microcan and buy a HexCan as my wif has a Touareg.
