Speedo error reduced

Changed stting in instruments to read more pulses so speedo reads less by about 3%.
Means 100kph now at 103 instead of indicated 107.
Moved speedo needle anticlockwise one click and it now reads spot on.

Cant find my VCDS pix (Maverick has some I believe)

got my vag-com cable etc yesterday - when i get it loaded up onto my laptop i'll see if i can see where i can enable the paddle shifting for my new steering wheel on thursday ... hopefully should be good to go

Its in the steering wheel controller. Long coding. check the box and click do it.

OK Bazzle, thanks for the inspiration. I've actually started reading the Ross-tech manual ( shock! ), and it is indeed an amazing tool. I'll be spending the next few days really getting to know what's what, but I found the accelerometer tonight...so I've been out on a "private road test track". Very cool!

I have done the self opening boot mod but it also requires you to put springs on the end of your boot struts

Also the TPMS retrofit.
