Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • Looking for someone in Sydney with OBD11

    Hey everybody!

I am new to the forum but have been a lifelong VW family member and just recently got the new Tiguan Allspace Wolfsburg. I was wondering if anyone in Sydney would have a OBD11 and willing to help out with some of the coding, specifically the active lane keep and overtaking from left on the ACC.

Would be willing to pay in beers or coffee, whichever currency works best for you!

    Thank you

If its a 2120 you mightnt be able to do much to it since VW locked a lot of the modules

I think the modules that I want to change are able to be modified! I remember seeing someone in the forum has made the changes, the only difference was that the bonnet needs to be unlatched and opened when making changes. Fingers crossed it works if I can find someone local with the unit!
