Engine light on my Tig.

I have a Tiguan 162 with a stage one etuners tune. Recently the engine symbol lights up. Scanning with my OBDeleven, the following faults appear.
Engine module-02 sensor stuck rich, code 2271, status static.
Gateway module-function limitation pause recommendation, code B130E, status intermittent
Would this be AFR too rich, or a faulty sensor?
