After exhausting these options to gain power from my 1.6L Polo, I was shown a 'Sprint Booster' today at a mod shop that I regularly pop into. They explained that they just got the Sprint Booster into the country. They also explained how it eliminates the car's delayed response from the electronic throttle control. The good thing is I have been offered an obligation free trial next week to see whether or not it does have an effect on my Polo.
After spending time searching online and watching several You-Tube videos and home made comparison jobs, I still personally have doubts in regards to how something as simple as this could make such a dramatic difference (according to the company's claims). Ebay UK has a seller that is currently selling them at approximately $350AUSD a pop.
Has anyone out there physically tried one, seen one working in the flesh or can vouch that the Sprint Booster is a worthwhile investment?
