VIC Blitz on cars + bikes not meeting exhaust noise/smoke regulations

Just a friendly warning to those with cat backs to be on the lookout for these 'secret testing locations' in VIC. Apparently the blitz lasts all the way to the end of the year, in response to ABS surveys concluding noisy cars hooning about are the most annoying residential factors.

Has anyone ever seen/heard a Harley with a functional muffler fitted?????Enforcement must be too problematic.
