Miltek downpipe for Polo

Hey guys, I was looking at getting a Miltek downpipe for my Pog but it says on their site that it must be used with their cat-back system as well? Anyone have any more info on this? I don't want to have to fit the cat-back system if I dont have to. Is it just a case of getting an exhaust shop to adapt it to the stock system?

why not get a good shop to make you a dump pipe?
much cheaper, Miltek is not cheap here...

there are lots of opionions on the matter of off the shelf vs custom, but for a few kw power gain, i would have trouble justiflying most of a grand to get their product and fitted.
