Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • About to get even MORE GIAC power

Just waiting for an updated GIAC file for my GTI Pirelli which I should have in the next few days.

I currently have the latest modded Extreme Tune and about to get the fresher version which i'm told is insane!

Currently being tested locally before it is released and the testers are grinning from ear to ear I hear

Had to go and buy new road legal track rubber so I am ready to get the power to the ground

These GIAC guys are unreal, never stop trying to get that little bit more - SAFELY!

I am running this new tune and it is mental. Enough to say, I hurt my neck yesterday when I got the kickback into the seat

Hey guys, can any of you recommend a reputable GIAC dealer in Melbourne or Sydney? The dealer I've attempted to make contact with won't return calls or respond to emails - Wanting to tune my Golf R. Cheers

whats the standard cost of a GIAC tune from these dealers typically? Or does it depend on ECU type?
