    i guess that sounds ok.

    after every service the car has to be remapped? and the there would not be signs of tempering on the ecu?

    wondering if its the same for the APR..

    Recommend any bluefin provider in sydney?

        Your car doesn't need to be reflashed after each service. Only if the dealer flashes the ECU, thus overwriting the aftermarket code.

              Hey moonblade, give us a call with your questions on APR - have done 40 plus new MK6 GTI's, have not had to remove any ECU's to date.

              If the ECU does need to come out, you still get your full switching capabilities, stock mode / performance mode etc. All APR dealers are equipped to do either method. New security bolts are also stocked so its not visible that the ECU has been removed! If you are in Sydney / Brisbane / Melbourne, all the APR dealers also have demo MK6 GTI's for you to experience as well & see the other products.

              All ECU upgrades are free, reflashes free of charge (if a dealer writes over). Also on special this month.
