Multivan 3.2L v6

has anyone any experience or knowledge of a chip for this model?

Also thinking of replacing the stock exhaust for something a little more free flowing.

If it's the same 3.2 VR6 that's in the Passat, or the slightly different one from the Golf R32, then I would have thought any of the usual chip-tuning companies that are discussed in here should be able to tune and flash it for you...
