A turbo back exhuast would take you to Stage 2.. I'm keen to get the hfull RSC exhaust next, could use a bit more sports/exhaust sound at the moment can hardly hear it as it's mostly engine sound (but the DSG farts sound good too).Last edited by G-rig; 04-07-2010, 10:08 PM.

Ah I see the upgrade bug has bitten you my friend. I wonder if there is a Upgradaholics anonymous! I would definitely be a regular member.

[QUOTE=coreying;529859]With a normal MKV GTI, if you floor it, the wheels will spin and the ESP light will flash. The MK6 now has XDL and a better chassis, but there are plenty of people who have mentioned being able to violently bounce the front of the car due to loss of traction.
Thanks You

So yes, when you then increase the power by another 20% and torque by another 40%, you're going to spin the wheels even more if you put your foot down.
The ESP isn't meant to stop you having some fun, just stop you from getting into trouble. So you just need to learn your car more intimately and figure out how quickly you can feed in the accelerator instead of simply flooring it!

I will speculate that the manual is somewhat generic and you cannot in fact change modes while driving. But I am only speculating as I have a MK6 118tsi and not a MK6 GTI.
