  • Stage 2 clutch upgrade

Hey all, I'm putting together parts to go for an RD Technik stage 2 tune in my Scirocco R. My clutch and flywheel are both on their way out (car has done over 150xxxkms) so figured it'd be a good time to upgrade the clutch while I'm at it.

Mechanic is trying to talk me into a SMF Harding Performance clutch which is almost $2k. From what I've read, these are stage 3 clutches.

I don't need anything crazy, just need something that will do the job and have a decently long life to it too. Car is my daily, never track it, and no plans to do any big turbo mods.

Been reading up on Sachs and Xtreme clutches but getting a bit confused about what the right one is
    Any help is appreciated
