Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

            Correct! $10 at Big W and I get to use the brush for cleaning parts!

              It's track time again.

              Sandown FFCC sprints 10/5/09 ( Mother's Day) http://www.ffcc.asn.au/

              Same deal as usual, you're all welcome to pop along and say hi or stay for day and get officially recognised as pitcrew (the pay sucks but imagine the prestige! )

              I picked up a cheap 2nd hand laptimer whilst in the USA, I'ts all installed bar running the cable.

                Just got the call from the organisers, I'll be in group 3 car number 171.

                The field I'll be in includes Escorts, Lasers and an Anglia.

                There's no heavy metal in the pack which is nice.

                          Time to prep the car today. I'll take a few pics of the street to track transformation.

                          Track time tomorrow! Spectators get in free if anyone wants to come and say Hi. Entry to Sandown is via Princes Hwy gate.
