Fine grit sandpaper and metal polish. You can get chromed ones off eBay if yo u really want clean!

Dude, just had a look at your thread (been a bit preoccupied with the 20vt!).

Was pretty tedious but there seems a lot of jobs on the car that seem like that but the results are generally worth it.
