  • MK3 4door - work horse/Dubsastic thingamebob

    hey guys, names Matt.

just bought a MK3 4door, as a work horse/Dubsastic thingamebob, its got all the cool shut,

aircon, power windows, electric sunroof, a heater, electric mirrors, 4 doors a boot you could fit a baby camel in!

anyways, ive just finished building a RX3 Coupe from the ground up, bare metal respray, retrimed the interior, driveline ETC and its now finished and im bored, also quit my job, lost the company car and needed a car to get me from A to B and job sites and have always loved what there doing over in the UK with these little bangers, so figured id get one and have a bit of fun for a while, or untill i need to get a decent sized car again..

    PICS N ****

    the Mazzy

i havent quite decided what way i wanna go with the golf yet, and seeing as im using it for a work car, i wanna do it cheap, so im thinking rato style, roof racks, fairing, 15inch stealies, flappers, some checkered **** in places, dunno really..

hope use enjoy, ill have a ****load of questions so dont get to angry!

Just don't be surprised when noone will buy it from you later on with those untasteful mods you've made so far. Are you American ?

haha mate, the car only cost me 3500 buxs with a years rego, im not in the slightest fussed about resale value, or even if it sells when the time comes, all mods this car will get are easily reversed if need be its more of a cheap piss take runaround that can get dinted scratched muddy etc, haha no im not american,

I truly did not think MK3's could pull off white walls so well, I really like them!
I'd like to see how the how the woodgrain vinyl would look with some oldschool wooden/slat roof racks? (like the one's on the Kombi)
PS, is that your green Kombi in the background?
